Graphic Designers
Job Description:
- Assists the creative director with Web and print design
- Develops creative user interface and navigational solutions
- Assists in concept and theme development
- Ensures that visual design looks and functions properly
- Directs Production Specialists on art implementation
Qualifications/Skills:
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Freehand, and Illustrator required
- Experience with animation software (i.e., Macromedia Director)
- Solid understanding of HTML, browsers capabilities and design constraints on the Web
- Proven creative abilities
- Must design in a wide range of styles
- Excellent typographic skills in both print and computer mediums
- Works well in a team oriented environment
- Formal training in Graphic Design or Advertising
- Flash, DHTML, CSS a plus
Account Managers
Job Description:
- Acts as the primary contact between
Monster Media & Marketing and the client
- Leads the client through each phase of our consulting process
- Ensures that all project goals and timelines are met
- Manages client expectations throughout the project
- Works closely with Project Team during development
- Identifies new Internet opportunities for clients
- Monitors project profitability and resource allocation
- Coordinates contract writing and billing
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong communications skills - both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and business experience
- Experience setting and controlling client expectations
- Previous in-depth exposure to a variety of Internet technologies
- Experience using Windows 95, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Internet related concepts and technologies including HTML, User Interface Design, and Relational Databases, etc.
Project Managers
Job Description:
- Acts as a secondary contact between Monster Media &
Marketing and the client
- Leads committed projects through each phase of our production process
- Ensures that all project goals and timelines are met
- Helps Account Managers manage client expectations throughout the project
- Obtains and delivers materials/feedback to the client on a regular basis
- Works closely with and coordinates efforts of Project Team during development
- Identifies new Internet opportunities for clients
- Monitors resource allocation and client satisfaction
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong communications skills - both written and verbal
- Previous in-depth exposure to a variety of Internet technologies

Senior Systems Analyst
Oversees planning and implementation of custom Web application development. Ensures that architectures and applications can be efficiently upgraded and expanded to meet both current and future client needs with minimal re-engineering. Maintains and oversees implementation of
Monster Media & Marketing packaged Web applications. Strong communications skills are essential in this position.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Knowledge of relational database design and SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Knowledge of SQL Server 7.0 Administration
- Knowledge VB Script, JavaScript, DHTML, Perl
- Knowledge of MS Access, databases, forms, and programming environment
- Knowledge of Active Server Pages Platform, COM, MTS, ADO, OLEDB Database Connectivity
- Knowledge NT Platform and Internet Information Server 4.0
- Knowledge of Internet Architecture and Protocols
- Knowledge of Programming methodologies

- Develops and oversees maintenance of applications development related SOP's and coding standards
- Identifies areas of weakness and suggests ideas to improve efficiency within the Applications Development Group
- Attempts to resolve issues as they arise in the Applications Development group by working closely with Senior Management.
- Works with Production Manager to allocate department resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Works with Account Managers and department heads to design and implement front and back-end solutions based on defined requirements for client Web sites and internal projects.
- Oversees implementation of Monster Media &
Marketing packaged Web applications.
- Works with Director of Applications Development to support non-technical departments
- Works with Director of Applications Development to support research and development initiatives
- Coordinates integration and maintenance 3rd party products for custom Web applications
- Works with Network Group to proactively monitor and maintain custom web applications.
- Works with Director of Applications Development to develop and maintain
Monster Media & Marketing coding standards and related SOP's
- Trains and mentors junior and senior programmers.
- Works directly with the ctO on various projects as necessary
Senior Programmer
The Senior Programmer is responsible for all stages of custom Web applications development including requirements analysis, planning, coding and testing. Works with Senior Systems Analyst and Director of Applications development to interpret requirements and define technical specifications for both client and internal projects. Strong communications skills are essential in this position.
Qualifications/Skills:

Production Specialist
The Production Specialist is responsible for assisting both the Applications Development and Design Group in Web site production and management. The Production Specialist must work well in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Basic knowledge of relational database concepts
- Basic knowledge of Active Server Pages
- Advanced knowledge of Vbscript / JavaScript, DHTML Programming
- Advanced knowledge of HTML and HTML Standards
- Advanced knowledge of browser technologies and standards
- Basic knowledge of GUI graphical user interface design
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Knowledge of Image Sizing and Optimization
Responsibilities:
- Converts Adobe Photoshop comps to HTML for Client Web sites
- Assists in development of Interactive web pages using active server pages platform.
- Adheres to
Monster Media & Marketing standards for HTML and ASP programming.
- Performs cross browser testing of Client web sites.
- Troubleshoot cross browser incompatibility issues.
- Supports design department as necessary with client side (browser) issues.
- Researches and Implements client side JavaScript /DHTML as necessary.
